Connect To the Server

Tap the main menu and select Settings.

Field Tools installs with the FDM Tools ChoiceConnect server connection settings already in place. If you must change the FDM Tools server you connect with,

Important! The Custom option in the Comms Server dropdown menu is for troubleshooting use only. Do not use use this setting unless you are directed to do so by Itron customer support.

If you're signing in for the first time, click Save to confirm the information in the fields is correct.

Important! Don't change or delete the information in the Comms Server Port field unless you are doing so at the direction of an Itron customer support professional.
